Job Description : Job Description Position Summary:Responsible for the coordination, organization and communication of approved initiatives and employee recognition programs, meetings and events to help drive site performance, customer satisfact Job Description : Job Description Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination, organization and communication of approved initiatives and employee recognition programs, meetings and events to help drive site performance, customer satisfaction and agent engagement for multiple sites. Partners with events and recognition team and site leadership to develop and implement effective site recognition events that align with and support the employee recognition goals determined by leadership. Ensures recognition events and initiatives are streamlined and meet the changing needs of the business. Coordinates employee engagement activities and other employee events such as, but not limited to recognition programs, Town Hall meetings, year-end parties and summer events. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Please quantify each with a % of time spent on each duty and responsibility must add up to 100%) 55% - Coordinates, organizes and communicates approved initiatives and employee recognition programs, program engagement activities, meetings and events for multiple sites. Events may be held on site or off-site. Partners with E&R Team and call center leadership to develop and implement effective site recognition events that align with and support the employee recognition goals determined by leadership. Supports E&R Team in facilitating the program, country wide and/or high level events such as but not limited to: recognition programs, Town Hall Meetings, Summer Event and Year-End parties. Recognition programs/events planning may include, but are not limited to: Agent attendance incentives, birthday recognitions, service anniversary recognitions, Thank you cards, team recognition, site campaigns, summer picnics, holiday events, leadership meetings, annual executive offsite meetings, lunch-n-learns, Works with the E&R team to plan the event, determine budgeting and logistics and uses available budget effectively to order items that may include, but not limited to: prizes, awards, food/beverages, T-shirts, balloons, decorations, gift cards and other appropriate recognition/event items. Serves as an event committee member on country wide events and program wide initiatives. Provides feedback to site leadership regarding the effectiveness of programs in meeting company and call center objectives. 30% - Supports client initiatives with the planning, budgeting and execution of their programs and activities. Serves as the point-of-contact for internal site communications Responsible in cascading new, updates and/or changes on the company processes, initiatives, and the like Acts as a marketing specialist for internal programs Responsible in updating the site social network page Responsible in updating the communications board around the site 10% - Responsible for downloading global communications to the site team and serves as the liaison between the site and E&R team to ensure the implementation of all events run smoothly and are within budget. 5% - May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: This is a general office environment position. Employee has limited walking requirements. Answers telephone calls, uses personal computer and other business machines extensively, which requires the ability to apply finger dexterity. Individual bends, reaches, pushes and pulls file drawers to file records and reports. Equipment Used : Personal computers/video display terminal (including mouse, external hard drives, etc.), printers, scanners, copiers, facsimile, telephones and other commonly used office accessories/equipment. Equipment may require set-up, adjustments or other procedures in order to maintain or meet company requirements. Physical Requirements : Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Physical Activities : Talking - Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to others accurately, loudly or quickly. Repetitive Motions - Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Visual Acuity : The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading. Job Specifications YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Related Work Experience: General office environment. Prior experience in working in Human Resource coordinating employee recognition programs and company events preferred. 0-1 1-2 2-5 5-8 8-10 10+ Education and/or formal training: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: KSAs Common to All JDs: Fluent in verbal and written English. Able to multi-task, have demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information. Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner. Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress and problems to co-workers and management. Familiarity a variety of office equipment, standard software packages and application and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products. KSAs Non-exempt related positions: Must have basic math, reading and writing skills to be able to count, read instructions and document necessary paperwork. KSAs Project Management related positions Demonstrated effective project management, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure needed business outcomes. KSAs Job Specific: Demonstrated ability in the coordination and implementation of company events. Demonstrated knowledge in Tri-Media/Branding and Marketing. Demonstrated sill in Technical and Blog writing. Other position Considerations: Travel may be required to attend work related meetings and training sessions. May be required to work a flexible schedule that provides needed coverage for customer service levels and/or time-sensitive projects. Incumbent must be able to support operations which are opened weekends and evenings. All employees must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required. Able to maintain a regular work schedule to meet the needs of the business. Required to read and follow all company policies and procedures. Support and model the company values.
