Job Description:
Conduct periodic audit of Ethics and Integrity reports
Keep track of violations reported and map out plans to address these reports
Identify potential ethics and integrity issues, investigate and provide sound recommendations
Review and revise, as needed, the existing compliance policies and to ensure that they remain relevant and up to date
Assist in creating compliance awareness within the Company and support and monitor the roll-out of related compliance policies
Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferably in Finance/Banking, Audit/Compliance or similar field
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Ethics & Compliance
Knowledge of Compliance program design/ techniques
Analytical and inquisitive with an eye for details
Strong auditing and reporting skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
