Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated individual to support estimating and business development projects. This role involves a combination of outreach, research, project coordination, and reporting to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support bids and proposals
Prepare and review project estimates
Handle outreach and follow-ups related to projects
Coordinate project-related communications and updates
Assist with reporting and reflecting on project progress
Support various project-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Confident communicator - able to speak clearly, present ideas, and engage professionally
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Experience with U.S.-based projects, especially in the New York market, is a strong plus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
