ESTIMATOR
Job Summary
We are looking for Estimators to create quantity takeoffs, prepare quotations, and coordinate directly with clients. You will review plans and specifications, develop BOQs using Bluebeam and other tools, and ensure estimates meet project requirements. This role works closely with project teams to address queries, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver accurate, timely submissions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in construction estimation or related roles
Proficient in reading drawings and preparing cost estimates using Bluebeam Revu
CRM or ERP software experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work with architects and builders
Skilled in interpreting complex technical design requirements
Collaborative, professional, and team-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for Tier 1-3 commercial, infrastructure, and transport projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender packages to ensure pricing compliance and identify risks or value engineering opportunities.
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed work packs using Bluebeam and ERP/CRM systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Estimating, and Project teams to support company sales and revenue KPIs.
Ensure all documentation is clear and complete prior to handover to Contract Administrators and Project teams.
Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier pricing, and industry standards to improve estimating accuracy.
Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and internal tools.
