Job Description
Review projects specifications, plans, and drawings to understand project requirements, scope and timelines
Analyze project costs, including material costs, labor hours, subcontractor costs, equipment expenses, transportation, and overheads
Utilize estimating software and tools to calculate accurate and competitive project costs
Prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual requirements
Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare proposals or bids
Assist in developing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost estimates align with project profitability targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of estimation activities, cost breakdowns, assumptions, and pricing details.
Research and analyze current market prices for materials, equipment rentals, and subcontractor services.
Evaluate vendor and supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
Conduct risk assessments and evaluations for each project, identifying potential risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
