We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with painting large projects based on architectural drawings. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in using tools such as Planswift and Adobe, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review architectural drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
-Utilize Planswift and Adobe to generate accurate cost estimates for painting large projects.
-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
-Analyze data and pricing trends to ensure competitiveness in cost estimates.
-Present and explain cost estimates to internal teams and clients when required.
-Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate estimates.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or painting industry.
-Proficiency in using Planswift and Adobe for estimating purposes.
-Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project specifications.
-Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time)
-Work from home
