As an Estimator, you will be trained to do the following:
Analyze architectural plans and actual measurements.
Prepare a materials cost estimate for roofing materials and insulation.
Prepare cutting list/production writing.
Check job order before production.
Provide shop drawing and details.
Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Civil Technology.
At least 6 months experience handling the same position.
Board of Civil Engineering passer / Civil Engineer license holder is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
Hardworking and has keen eyes for details.
