This is a remote position.
Estimator (Full-time | Midshift - UK)
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Php 40,000 to Php 47,000 take-home pay per month
Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm Manila

About the Client:
Our client is a is a landscaping services company based out of Surrey, England. They offer New build landscapes, commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, and fencing. They are currently looking for a Junior Estimator to assist their current estimators on doing the initial part of the estimation.
About the Role:
Complete quantity takeoffs, costing, pricing, and assisting in proposal preparation
Conduct research of materials and pricing, and collect relevant data and information for quotes
Prepare a materials cost estimate for all types of construction
Utilize cloud-based systems for measuring raw materials
Preparation and summaries of all measured works.
Maintain all QS documents and logs/registers applicable
Work closely with Senior Estimators in finalizing estimations for proposals
Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary
Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience estimating
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Proficient knowledge in estimating and pricing
Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with good analytical, math, and computer skills
Collaborative and a team player
