Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive project plans/quotation requests and provide estimates and costing
• Review and conduct "take offs" plans and enter data into software and/or Excel sheet
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and database
• Collation of pricing
• Liaise with other team members regarding take off and database entries
• Organise client submissions
• Issue of tender documentation
• Contact preferred suppliers for supply rates when needed
• Buildings, commercial fitouts and retail fitouts
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Engineering or related
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be able to read and interpret the drawings and understand how sign production works
• Experience in project management
• Good understanding of tender process
• Ability to prepare quotations for large and small projects
• Proficient in MS Excel essential, Outlook, Word and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Analytical and consistent, with focus on accuracy, and able to demonstrate skills and experience in problem-solving
• Ideally with experience working for an Australian client
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver without supervision
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
