Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
What we are looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and values its team members. You will be ultimately responsible for the preparation, distribution and coordination of the client's supplier and subcontractor. In addition, part of your responsibility is to prepare quotes for clients and provide an accurate analysis of supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
The ability to read construction drawings and complete accurate take-offs
Use of Digital PDF markup Software for quote preparation
Follow our process of reply to tender / quoting
Preparation, distribution and coordination of supplier and subcontractor tender inquiries
Accurate analysis of supplier and subcontractor quotes for incorporation into tender prices
Interpret drawings, specifications, bill of quantities
Ensure timely submission and follow up of tenders.
Prepare quote to clients
Clients Follow up & liaison
Deliver excellent customer service.
Faithfully and diligently perform all duties required by the position
Perform solely work-related activities during work hours; exhibit a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with the Employer, its customers, employees, suppliers and other members of the public; and act in the Employer's best interests always
About you:
Good command of the English language
Licensed Civil Engineer
Excellent Analytical/mathematical skills
Qualified Civil engineer with minimum 3 years' experience
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within a reasonable time schedule;
Experience in using a CRM
Display high level of interpersonal and verbal Communication skills;
Product knowledge.
Computer skills (MS Office, email, Bluebeam, CRM, etc.)
Good skills and understanding in use of Digital PDF markup Software
Experience in the construction /flooring industry
