RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for interior fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with our design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive, high-quality bids that align with project goals and timelines.Key Responsibilities-Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive material and labor estimates.-Source and coordinate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.-Develop detailed cost breakdowns and client proposals.-Collaborate with the design team to verify project scope and identify value engineering opportunities.-Support seamless handoff to construction teams, ensuring all estimate details are clearly communicated.RequirementsRequirements-3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or interior fit-out projects.-Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and NYC building standards.-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, and/or other estimating software.-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.-Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Skills-Experience with AutoCAD and architectural design software.-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.-Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits💼 Why Join RemoteVA PH?At RemoteVA PH, we value talent, professionalism, and growth.
