Qualifications:
English Major or Communication graduate preferred, but not required
Fluent to advanced English communication skills
ESL teaching experience is a plus, especially with Chinese students and learners from diverse backgrounds such as Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese, etc.,
Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms
Reliable, honest, and engaging and positive personality
Professional camera & microphone, stable internet connection with backup for emergencies, and a quiet, professional workspace

Training Program:
All new tutors undergo comprehensive ONSITE TRAINING at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City before transitioning to remote work:
Fresh Graduates: Up to 6 weeks covering platform orientation, navigation, course study, lesson preparation, and supervised classroom instruction
Experienced Tutors: 5 to 7 days of accelerated training covering the same components
Training compensation: ₱350/day
Training duration is determined by individual skills and experience. Upon successful completion, tutors transition to full remote work.
