Job Responsibilities
Teach English lessons to students of various levels (beginner to advanced).
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons following the school's curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, activities, and teaching materials.
Manage class flow effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
Handle special courses such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, and Business English (if trained/assigned).
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to school guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, or any related field (all courses welcome).
Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills; clear pronunciation is required.
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or other ESL-related credentials preferred.
ESL teaching experience (online/offline) is an advantage.
Experience teaching special programs such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, or Business English is a PLUS.
Strong classroom management and lesson-planning abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong rapport with both kids and adult learners.
Passionate about teaching; has a positive attitude and a pleasing personality.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and willing to follow school policies and procedures.
