Position Summary
 
API NEXT EDU INC. B'CEBU is a leading English as a Second Language (ESL) institution dedicated to providing quality education to a diverse, multicultural student base. We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and articulate ESL Teachers to join our academic team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance students' English skills through dynamic, student-centered instruction.
 
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Instruction: Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons across various proficiency levels.
Diverse Class Management: Teach both One-on-One (Man-to-Man) and Group Classes, effectively managing classroom dynamics for optimal learning.
Student Engagement: Focus on enhancing and teaching English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Grammar) using engaging and effective methodologies.
Age Flexibility: Successfully manage and instruct a wide range of students, from young learners (7 years old) to adults (up to 60+ years old).
Multicultural Sensitivity: Effectively handle students from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese, Mongolian, Saudi Arabian, Vietnamese, and Turkish.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure consistent academic improvement.
Curriculum Adherence: Follow and adapt established company curricular and teaching guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Education (BSED), or hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Experience: Applications are welcome from both candidates with and without prior ESL teaching experience. Training will be provided.
Communication Skills: Possess very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), with excellent pronunciation and clarity.
Personality: Must have an exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by enthusiasm, patience, professional conduct, and a strong passion for teaching.
