Qualifications (Homebased and Office-based):
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in the English Language, computer operations, and other MS Office applications.
Flexible in handling different ages and personalities of foreign nationals.
No work experience is required, but a background in teaching ESL is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends.
Familiar with Skype.
For Homebased:
At least six months of online teaching experience.
Must have a STABLE wired Internet connection
Must have a laptop/desktop and a noise-canceling headset.
Must have a conducive working space.
Must be dedicated, creative, resourceful, determined, honest, and flexible.
Job Responsibilities:
Teach English to students through an online setting.
Attend skills coaching and training.
Monitor student performance and report on student progress.
