Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Electronics/Electrical/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience as Data Entry Specialist
Knowledgeable in inventory management and logistics
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Basic to Advance Computer Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Willing to do field work
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT)
Preferably local resident of Clark, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Creates material request using ERP system for contractors, SME and Maintenance team to withdraw their materials for their daily task and operations
Creating inventory issues using ERP system for encoding of actual material usage for projects done by subcontractors, installation done by SME and troubleshooting done by the maintenance team
Grants project access to specified users in ERP system who needs to access the project for building purposes
Encoding of daily material usage of SME and maintenance team under ERP system to lessen their accountability under each name
Encoding of as plan bill of quantity in ERP system under project management and accounting module for billing reference
Creating new warehouse information in ERP system for specific warehouse to stock transfer materials to organize and lessen material inventory
