Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and reconciling inventory across multiple systems, including Fulfil.io, 3PL, Shopify, and Netsuite. The ERP Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of data between systems, monitoring shipment statuses, investigating and resolving issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our client's operations

Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, reconcile inventory across systems ( , 3pl, shopify, Netsuite)
Monitor shipment status in (ERP), investigate stuck shipments at 3pl or internal warehouse, merge/split shipments as needed to get unstuck
Monitor and diagnose problems with data flowing between ERP and Shopify, ERP and 3pl, ERP and sales channels
Monitor alerts for invalid shipping addresses and research/correct
Create shipment notices in 3pl systems for freight shipments
Create POs in Fulfil for inbound freight shipments from factory
Perform ad-hoc reporting out of and shopify
Experience with a monster plus
Requirements:
Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in and other relevant ERP systems.
Experience in inventory management, shipment monitoring, and data integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience with is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Shopify, Netsuite, and 3PL systems.
Previous exposure to ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
