Internally known as Equipment Finance Portfolio Manager, the resource manages units engaged in the review and monitoring of accounts, collection of accounts, late charges, assumption/transfer fees, negotiation of buyouts, renewal rates, extension fees, resolving of customer disputes, sales of equipment, disposal of accounts, monitoring of bankruptcy proceedings and assisting in litigation proceedings.
What Will You Do?
Provide support, instruction, and coaching to a team of 15 front-line agents
Manage floor coverage in a large team environment
Actively pursue initiatives that aid team members in achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators
Work in tandem with the Collections Manager to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
Establish and maintains effective working relationships with peers and partners in other business units with goal of optimizing PayPal client relationships
First point of contact for customer escalated calls.
Help develop agents to be self-sufficient by helping them find the answers themselves
Coordinate daily schedule with Supervisor and set daily coaching activities Listen real time and provide feedback to agents
What You Need To Succeed?
Must have completed at least ( 2 ) years of college education, any field
Amenable to work on US shift, 9PM-6AM ( Manila time ) Mon to Fri, weekend off
At least ( 2 ) years professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role ( Leadership )
At least ( 1 ) year professional experience handling Collections ( B2B ) or ( 2 ) years for ( B2C )
