EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
 
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal efficiency of all machines and equipment used in the production lines to support productivity and yield target
Perform timely and proper preventive maintenance and adjustments to machines and equipment/s used in the production line to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
Troubleshoot problems with machine/equipment and perform repair for machine breakdowns, escalating to Equipment Engineer as necessary
Perform regular inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment are in good working condition
Record all maintenance and repair activities and data for documentation and traceability of machine breakdown history
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of 2 or 4 years on Electro-mechanical and Technological courses
Knowledge on electronic circuits, electrical wirings, and mechanical functions
Knowledge on pneumatics flow connections and functions of parts
Exhibits mastery on machine troubleshooting techniques
