1. Leads and supervises the team to effectively and efficiently manage the availability of the equipment through extensive preventive maintenance to ensure the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and timing expectation
2. Take full responsibility of new equipment and set-ups and ensure that it is qualified as planned and contributes to new business initiatives and review the impact on laboratories activities
3. Implements key projects to improve quality, reduce cost & equipment downtime, and increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/Equipment utilization
4. Wil handle and manage chambers like Votsch / Climats / Espec chambers, etc.
