Equipment Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical
JOB DESCRIPTION:
High Knowledge on the Operation and Maintenance of the following Production Equipment: Injection Molding Stamping Machine Assembly Equipment Plating Line Mist Eliminator Scrubber DI System and Water Treatment facilities Leads in the Safety Inspection and Acceptance of Production Equipment such as the following: Machine Guarding Safety Control Reliability Lead in Process Improvement and Total Production Maintenance of all production machines. Highly knowledgeable on the implementation of Kaizen, Visual Management, 5S, FMEA, SWOT Analysis, OEE Calculation per equipment, etc. Knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 45000, ISO 14001 and can implement organized documentation to check and track compliance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Should be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
With more than 5 Years of experience working as Equipment Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor in Manufacturing Set- up
Preferably with Stamping, Plating, Molding and Assembly Process Knowledge
Should has an experience as People Leader
Hardworking, and has a strong passion at work
Has strong sense of initiative and a good decision maker
