Job Overview
We are looking for Equipment Engineers who will play a critical role in overseeing the design, maintenance, and optimization of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, and a passion for driving efficiency and reliability in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery and equipment used in the production lines to support productivity and yield targets
Perform analysis on product quality issues caused by machine condition and/or machine parameters and initiate appropriate countermeasures to resolve and eliminate recurrence of the problem
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment
Continuously monitor equipment performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
Determine opportunities to improve machine efficiency, machine takt time and/or machine design
Job Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Also accepts Fresh Graduates
Solid understanding of equipment design principles, maintenance practices, and reliability engineering
With Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
