Primary Functions:
Supports Production in terms of troubleshooting and repair, machine set-up and calibration.
Performs regular Preventive Maintenance activities of the assigned equipment.
Utilizes problem solving tools (i.e. Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D, FMEA and others) to correct equipment issues and recommend actions to improve its condition.
Job Qualifications:
Industrial Technology Graduate or College Degree Holder in Engineering (Computer/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics).
With at least 5 years work experience as line sustaining or equipment maintenance technician from a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry, specialize in Modules Assembly and Testing machines.
Strong background to Component Insertion, Trim/Form, Tester and Handler machines.
Knowledgeable in PLC, computer software and hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Demonstrates sense of urgency to achieve important goals.
Promotes and maintains strong customer relationships.
Sets and achieves ambitious goals.
Initiates meaningful projects.
Good team player.
