Maxeon is seeking a PEE Equipment Engineer to support major and minor Technology Development projects throughout the development phases into production ramp and full production release. The PEE Engineer assures that technical issues on Manufacturing Processes are well communicated to concerning teams for better yield improvement and results. This position will directly report to Process and Equipment Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides team leadership to Process and Equipment Engineers to ensure completion of goals like production outs, yield, cost, and quality.
Provides leadership for continuous development of group's values and skills.
Participates on all business process reviews like PCR, EPR, SPC, and SG.
Drives the group to continuous improvement on process, tools, and products.
Drives the team to establish good process controls, systems, and procedures.
Provides technical inputs on process and quality issues.
Represents the absence of the Section Manager for meetings and reviews.
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties may be assigned
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Engineering or any equivalent
With minimum of 5 years of process or equipment engineering experience
Knowledge in SPC Tools
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Computer literate
Preferred requirements
BS / MS Engineering graduate
Experience in wet processes from semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing company
With strong knowledge and experience in using SPC Tools/8D/DOE/
Excellent presentation and communication skills
