Job Description
Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Supervise equipment technicans Responsible for trouble shooting of machines Execute programs to improve machine perfomance Implement effective preventive/corrective maintenace procedures Lead subordinates to achieve operational goals Train subordinates to enhance knowledge in handling machines Develop KPIs as targets to monitor performance Provide solutions to customers to improve /sustain productivity
Job Qualifications
