ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process/Equipment Engineer for HGA Automation process, covering development, improvement and sustenance fields.
Failure analysis on HGA Automation related failures, generate CAPA and long term/preventive solutions
Participate in Yield, Cost and Capacity improvement activities related to Automation
Handle and develop HGA Automation process Engineers and Technician.
Create/update all related documents
KPI monitoring for HGA Automation process
Multitasking and perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in related field e.g. Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
PREFERRED:
Knowledge/experience in electronics manufacturing environment specifically Process/Equipment engineering fields
Knowledge in PLC programs
SKILLS:
Capability and experience on using mechanical tooling
Knowledgeable on JMP and Minitab or other analytical application
Proficient in Windows office
Six sigma certified or training will be an advantage
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead and organize projects
Strong interpersonal, oral and written English skills required to conduct daily activities.
