Experience
At least 7 years of experience in the property management industry.
Minimum of seven (7) years experience and/or training and min 2 years experience in managerial level. Knowledge and understanding of asset maintenance CMMS systems i.e. IBM Maximo, FaciliWorks, etc.
Experience in managing to a P/L
Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions, where applicable

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline. Licensed Engineer is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD desirable.
