REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
.Bachelor's degree graduate
.Licensed Real Estate Broker is required
Experience
.At least 3 years of experience as a Broker or Negotiator
.Minimum overall experience of 5 years (preferably in sales or brokerage)
Other Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.Strong organizational and analytical skills.
.Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
.Ability to effectively present information.
.Ability to understand and carry out general instructions.
.Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
.Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
.Strong skills with various software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
