Job Description
About the Role:
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.
Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
May or will assist with major troubleshooting conducted by contractors.
Assist the FM in cascading Work Orders andCarries out observance of safety standards by service providers workers
About the Person:
NC II is a PLUS
At least 5 years hands on experience in ACU, Critical Equipment (UPS, PACU, ACU, NOVEC 1230, FM 200, ACS, CCTV, FDAS, BMS, Water Leak Detector, Paging System, Projector, and Portable AC) Preferably with supervisory experience or can manage a team consist of multiple technicians
Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
