We're looking for driven and service-oriented individuals to join our Global Home Security Account. Help customers feel safe and supported by providing world-class service for one of the top security systems providers globally.
 
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS, or ALS Graduate
Applicants with 6 months of BPO experience can earn as much as 25,000 monthly; (depending on the account)
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
Not limited to BPO - experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles (e.g., Starbucks, iStore) are welcome!
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
Amenable to shifting schedules

Salary Range: PHP 19,000 - PHP 21,000 or 25,000 (with BPO exp for 6 months)
