Spearheads property management and development activities and initiatives. Oversees the audit of space use and property utilization and maintains the database of renovation plans and space allocations. Supervises the development, communication, monitoring, and maintenance of space and property standards. Conducts research and develops company-wide environmental sustainability programs and initiatives and their incorporation into Meralco standards. Implements the integration and determination of needs of NEP requirements. Reviews and checks NEP design and specification for standards compliance and alignment to sustainability programs and initiative. Analyzes and executes recommended technical assistance and support requirements for the management of outsourced services. Knowledgeable in the building playout: plumbing, communication, heating, electrical, ventilation, and structural systems to manage and eliminate conflicts in design well-versed in building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, city ordinances, and disabled access laws for public buildings. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Licensed Architect with at least four (4) years of experience in Planning and Design Experience in Urban Planning is a plus Must have at least one (1) year of experience as a Lead or Co-lead of a small group of architects and engineers Advance knowledge in design software: Autocad, Sketch-up, Luinion, and Photoshop Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborator who can work independently and in groups Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
