JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Solutions Architect proactively and holistically leads and supports Enterprise Architecture activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions given a deep understanding of business goals, objective and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes. Solutions include projects, products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services.
Determines enterprise system designs and change requirements based on business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and end-to-end processes to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.
Guides infrastructure investment decisions based on analysis and evaluation to drive targeted business outcomes.
Manages Technology Standards from its development, periodic review, trend monitoring and scanning, proof-of-concept (POC) and evaluation, periodic release, and creation of programs and projects to implements the changes (invest, maintain, contain, disinvest).
Qualifications
Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business other similar or applicable courses
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development
Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
Knowledgeable in developmental languages (Java, Go and Python), database technologies (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle), frontend development languages (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps)
