Role Enterprise Architect - Core Banking Responsibilities The Enterprise Architect will manage overall Delivery of Finacle Core Banking / Channels Solution to deliver outcome and activities that the Program requires. Working closely with the Delivery team, relevant Senior technology stakeholders to forge good working relationships with the team and drive the design and delivery of the Program. Manage the overall Finacle Architecture (Channels) for the Program for technical changes with functional solutioning Work with the program team to ensure solutions are built as per the needs of the project phases. Manage the design and PoC and complete SA deliverables. Manage and deliver architecture gates of delivery and artefacts required for completion. Work with vendor and partner teams on day-to-day basis for design, delivery and EA discussions. Liaise with internal stakeholders across Prog. Management and Delivery & external stakeholders to facilitate deliverables Form, lead, and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.) Coordinate with tech partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work Liaise with the different stakeholders of the Program across vendors and Customer and forge good working relations Prepare and manage design and architecture charter, technical use case Implement technology control and governance structure for design and delivery. Oversee sourcing, delivery, negotiating and managing outside vendors Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies, and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis Qualifications 15+ years' experience in Retail banking and enterprise solutions architecture having core deposit products experience. Experience working on Finacle core banking solutions. Knowledge of AWS is mandatory, preferanly cloud certified. Core solutions skillset required, with exposure to infrastructure management and cloud Excellent communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Confluence Self-starter, able to manage work independently and drive the team to deliver on time Excellent attitude to work and able to manage people, processes and systems.
