Job Description Installation of work orders. Restoration of EG/SG client's circuits. Collaborate with 3rd party contractors/venders. Ensures WO completion within the committed RFS Date. Ensures service efficiency.
Implementation of Service Orders
- Analyzes job order and determine specific requirements
- Installation and testing of various CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment)
- Provisioning and testing of circuit Maintenance of Enterprise and Corporate customer (data/leasedline)
Executes service restoration
- Coordinates with various group during isolation and troubleshooting
- Conducts testing and fault identification and rectification
Executes preventive maintenance Manages a group of support team (SLI contractor) in implementation and maintenance of Enterprise and Corporate customer
24x7 On call
