We are looking for sales professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Business Development Representatives team at BlueEQTM. This role is at the beginning of our customer relationship journey starting with inbound leads to engage C-suite, VP, Director, and Manager-level executives to inform, offer solutions, and secure limited seats as participants to our virtual public workshops.
 
At BlueEQTM, the Inside Sales team is responsible for the entire life cycle of the sale, to include setting their own appointments, presenting, and closing. Incoming leads are warm and have expressed interest in the BlueEQTM emotional intelligence virtual workshop program; there is no cold calling.
Who we are looking for:
Sales expert with a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Problem solver.
Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Self-starter with the desire to take initiative.
Results-driven.
What's in it for You:
Monthly consulting fee plus commission.
Sales quota based commission (5-7.5% commission based on weekly sales volume)
Quarterly paid Bonus Days based on performance evaluation.
