Job Description
Responsible for the allocation of Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants to their respective residents.
Responsible for communication between family members, pharmacies, dieticians, management, transportation etc.
Participates in the training and development of staff.
Works with Staff Nurse to maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home.
Be a role model for junior staff.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
