Job Description
Must ensure that the quality of chocolate being coated and weight of finished product conforms with Bar Line Product Standard Specialization
Accurate reporting of all usage or consumption, materials received, left overs and rejects.
Quality of enrobed product. Speedy change-over and rectification of equipment under breakdown.
Smooth and continuous production for achievement of target.
Set up and operates the Sollich Enromat Coating Machine, Tempering Machine and Cooling Tunnel for the uniform chocolate coating of the product in accordance with the establish standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
