Technical support for migration of wafer mapping system from DCC to Mapper.
Performs gap analysis between DCC and Mapper.
Participates in the development and migration of process controls such as DPAT, Cluster Detection to Mapper.
Integrates Probe and Wafer Map BPIs to Mapper and other inhouse systems
Supports user acceptance test and system validations.
Initiates error-proofing projects and automation at Probe.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or degree in an engineering discipline or more than or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
Familiar with Wafer Mapping System
Strong approach for troubleshooting
Innovative and self-motivated attitude
Works well both independently and with teams
Ability to follow written or verbal work instructions
Excellent data summary and analytical skills
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
