Supports Process Engineering Activities for Final Test P2 Operations (Final Test)
Responsible for the evaluation of existing processes to further reduce Cost, improve Quality/Sustainability and Delivery.
Undertake improvements in systems/processes to continuously develop best practices within the organization.
Initiate and drive process yield and capability Improvements
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Electronics and Communication Engineering or any equivalent discipline
With at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry (Final Test and Mechanical finishing)
Highly proficient in interpreting Data, formulating diagrams and reports.
In depth knowledge in 8D Report, FMEA and Control Plan
With Effective Communication skills
