Responsible for New Package development and/or process characterization and validation
Define new assembly equipment platform needed for new packages
Initiate process/package design and lead FMEA discussions (lead risk-driven process assessment and identification of mitigation actions)
Support proof-of-concept builds for demonstration purposes
Support definition of process and equipment roadmap in collaboration with Manufacturing
Define guidelines/rules for new process technologies or improved/enhanced existing processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
With at least 7 years of experience in Process Engineering
Has background in application of Six Sigma process methodology
Strong project management, problem analysis, decision making and planning skills
Strong skills in DOE (Design of Experiments), 7QC Tools, Data Analysis, Decision Analysis, material science, process engineering
Effective communication skills
With solid background in technical risk assessment and management
