Management of maintenance budget and spare parts
Mentor and develop FT Engineers, giving them the necessary knowledge and skills, so as to allow continued career growth
Maintenance and PE team competency building / upskilling
Reports preparation
Qualifications
Degree in BS Engineering
At least 5 years of direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering
Comprehensive knowledge of Maintenance and Equipment Management
Program or project management skills would be an advantage
Effective communication skills
