Successful candidate will manage primarily the assembly ramp related capital expenditure projects, and non-ramp related projects with capital expenditure.
Technical PM of assembly insourcing, outsourcing and site/product transfer projects.
Technical PM for new package development projects.
Responsible for the development of projects to achieve goals.
Supports all manufacturing projects elated to Key Performance Metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Leadership and Management, Material Science.
Experience in handling projects, working across teams/functions.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and accomplish goals based on set targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
Project Management background
Familiarity with compliance audits
Familiarity with semiconductor industry
