Lead Power MOSFET new product development and proliferation projects.
Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market.
Works closely with design, process, test, device, applications and reliability engineers in varied locations in a team environment.
Establish and maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner.
Provide and coordinate technical support for the product line.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, establish relationships with key contacts in wafer fabs and assembly site for effective project coordination and execution.
Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test requests and allocation, test characterization, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations.
Agile management for Project documentation and part set-up.
Project Management of time and cost sensitive projects as well as special projects.
Collaboration and coordination of global functional teams.
Prepare and present status updates, gate reviews of critical projects to the Project Review Board.
Support customer inquiry or post release product related inquiry.
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering course.
Work experience in device/product or test engineering in semiconductor field.
Project management training preferred, experience in handling projects preferably related to new products development is an advantage.
Strong knowledge on power semiconductors and its applications.
Proven track record of effective team leadership, problem solving and good engineering judgment.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledgeable in problem solving tools and proficient in the use of MS Office- Word, Excel, Power Point. Knowledge in the use of MS Project and JMP is an advantage.
Results/Goal oriented, a good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask & self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of urgency.
