Will be assigned as (Senior) Process Engineer for PHD wafer probe and offline area. Main responsibilities include incoming, final outgoing Inspection, and wafer packing
Responsible for the evaluation of existing processes to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process
Responsible for providing disposition for any quality issue that may pose reliability issue
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent degre
With at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, experience at wafer probe is a plus
Analytical and data-driven
Highly proficient in interpreting data and formulating diagrams and reports
With effective communication skills
