1. Drive Mechanical Finish yield and capability Improvements.Undertake improvements in systems/processes to continuously develop best practices within the organization. Responsible in design implementation of required process changes and modifications to further reduce Cost, improve Quality and Delivery.
2. Qualifies new package/product, material, system and process requirements according to specifications. Specifies tooling and material to be used for new packages/processes.
3. Conducts regular MSA (Measurement System Analysis) on the Mechanical Finish Equipment and provide improvement plans as needed.
4. Drive improvement on the Mechanical Finish Internal and External Quality Leading Indicators.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of BS Engineering or any equivalent discipline
With at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry (Mechanical Finish or Final Test)
Highly proficient in interpreting Data, formulating diagrams and reports.
In depth knowledge in SPC/MSA, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans and Problem Solving Methodology
With Effective Communication skills
