Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.
Design and conduct independent experiments or tests.
Perform assembly failure and defect analysis.

Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.
Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering Degree (ECE, ME, EE or IE).
At least 3 years experience as Process Engineer in a semiconductor company.
The candidate must also have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment.
Working knowledge of SPC and DOE necessary.
General wafer fabrication knowledge and process engineering experience is preferred but not required.
