Support development of reliability test capabilities to support New Package Development, New Product Introduction,
Support Board Level Reliability (BLR, Processes & Site Transfer Qualifications & Evaluations)
Work on Continuous Improvement programs to improve lab effectiveness in terms of cost, cycle time, and process improvements & to achieve zero quality incidents
Manage Preventive maintenance requirements of Carmona ab equipment and ensure PM is being performed timely.
Must ensure all lab equipment & chambers are up running with minimal downtime
Work on continuous improvements programs on Equipment efficiency & automation
