Drive Zero Defect projects across ATO sites which may include but are not limited to:
Effective FMEA which includes effective Control Plans and OCAPs, SPC
Equipment Maintenance Improvements
Quality Systems Improvements and Standardization
Engage in Systemic or chronic and Major Quality issues problem solving and DMAIC projects
Manage Customer related Quality Continuous Improvements
Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Engineering or any related Science course.
Knowledge of manufacturing process preferably semiconductor or electronics industry are required
Excellent Communication Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Process, Test, or Quality Engineering
Six Sigma trained/certified preferred
Possess critical thinking and good analytical skills
Very Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Excellent Project Management
