This Product Engineer will be reporting directly to Sustaining Product Manager.
Product yield sustaining & improvement.
Scrap reduction that is related to wafer fabrication & closely monitoring assembly process performances.
Understanding of product electrical test statistical analysis.
Responsible for Maverick low yield disposition that is related to wafer fabrication.
Support product & wafer fabrication transfer projects.
Creates, maintains, and revises manufacturing documentations (MBOI) & data sheet.
Work closely with Customer quality engineer (CQE) to resolve EFAR issue.
Works with manufacturing, QA, FQE, and BU product engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
Reduce EFAR electrical failure by improvement in detection by means adding special tests or PAT enhancement.
Engineering Build Request (EBR) scheduling.
Responsible for product characterization and qualification of changes.
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering course. PMP certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build highly functional and effective work.
Experience of multi-discipline, multi-cultural, semiconductor backend and/or front-end technology development.
Good technical background with recognized competency in one or more areas of semiconductor manufacturing.
A working understanding of common problem solving techniques coupled with the ability to identify a path toward problem resolution using inputs from the team and other subject matter experts.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and other stakeholders.
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office software.
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally -10% of the time.
Have Enthusiasm & persistence.
