· Determine process approaches and parameters.
· Initiate and drive process yield/capability improvements.
· Maintains high quality documentation on all products, processes and procedures.
· Establishes process controls for new products and key processes
· Propose, review and evaluate processes.
· Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.
· Design and conduct independent experiments or tests.
· Performs assembly failure and defect analysis.
· Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
· Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.
· Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
Qualifications

· Graduate of Engineering Course
· The candidate must also have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment.
· General wafer fabrication knowledge and process engineering experience is preferred but not required.
